Job Description:

As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on the Meta platform, including Facebook, Instagram, and other associated properties. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure our campaigns are impactful, data-driven, and aligned with our overall marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop, implement, and manage Meta advertising campaigns to meet business objectives.

- Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant and high-converting users.

- Create compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with our creative team to enhance ad performance.

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.

- Continuously test and optimize ads, including A/B testing, to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.

- Stay up-to-date with Meta platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure our campaigns are always at the cutting edge.

- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in managing successful Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and related tools.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing strategies.

- Creative mindset with a strong eye for compelling ad visuals and copy.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.



Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).

- Familiarity with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.

- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
