Commission-Based Closer

About the Role

Your Role:

As a Closer, your primary responsibility is to engage with pre-qualified leads and potential clients who have been scheduled for in-depth appointments. Your goal is to effectively communicate the value of the Company’s services, address any client concerns, and ultimately close the deal, securing commitments for the Company’s services.

In addition to closing deals, you will be responsible for ensuring payment is collected from the clients upon finalizing the agreement, solidifying the sale and setting the partnership in motion.

Commission:

As a Closer, your commission structure is as follows:

For every successfully closed client, you will earn a commission of 20% of the retainer fee.

Requirements

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with potential clients over the phone and articulating the company's services.

  2. Sales Experience : While we always look for experienced sales reps. We welcome enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire to learn and excel in a sales-driven role.

  3. Confidence and Persuasiveness: Ability to confidently present and promote the company's services, overcoming objections, and persuading potential clients to commit.

  4. Great understanding of Social Media: A fundamental understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing is crucial for explaining the company's services to potential clients.


  5. Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: Proven ability to work independently, set ambitious targets, and consistently strive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

  6. Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions with clients, maintaining a positive attitude, and representing the company in a favourable light.

  7. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record client information, follow-up on leads, and ensure seamless communication with the sales team.

  8. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing strategies, feedback, and market dynamics to optimize sales performance.

  9. Time Management Skills: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, follow up with leads promptly, and maximize productivity during calling sessions.

  10. Commitment to Learning: Eagerness to learn about the company's services, industry trends, and sales techniques to continuously improve performance.

  11. Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in using CRM software or willingness to learn how to use such tools for lead management and tracking.
