The Cold Caller's primary responsibility is to make calls to businesses to introduce the Company's services, actively engage with potential clients and schedule appointments. 



While The Cold Caller may schedule in-depth calls or arrange appointments as part of the process, the ultimate objective is to secure commitments for an appointment for The Company’s services.



In rare cases that potential clients can be closed on a call, you will earn a closers commission for that sale.


5. Requirements and Software


The Cold Callers must have access to the internet in order to: make calls, access documents/folders and communicate with the team. This can be via smartphone, tablet or computer.


6. Work Hours



There is no specific amount of time we expect The Cold Caller to work, however we ask all callers to make at least 100 dials per week minimum, otherwise the contract may be terminated.



When calling businesses be mindful of the times of day The Cold Caller is calling, depending on where The Cold Caller is located.



7. Commission Structure:


The Cold Caller's payments are structured as follows:


For appointments booked The Cold Caller will earn £15.


For appointments booked that show up, The Cold Caller will earn £25.


For appointments booked that are closed, The Cold Caller will earn £35.


A potential payment structure could look like the following example.


7 appointments booked in one week.

2 no shows = £30

4 shows = £100 

1 Show & Close £35

Total Payment: £165


If a prospect is ready to buy on the cold call, The Cold Caller will earn a closers commission of 20%.
